TIFF '06 - Day Six

A damp night at the Toronto International Film Festival. Tonight's Gala films were Dixie Chicks - Shut Up and Sing, the documentary about the Dixie Chick's politics, and a French comedy called Mon Meilleur Ami (My Best Friend).

The Dixie Chicks looked great, but their security detail made our lives difficult. They insisted on taking them along through the lobby along an un-secured route, which meant we had to form an instant human wall... Mon Meilleur Ami is a film that I want to see, maybe I'll get a chance tomorrow.
