Boy Scouts: Not what they used to be

Everything was better in the old days, or at least so it seems if you're always looking behind you. I like to think that in many ways the world around us improves with age. But Boy Scouts? They are in sad decline, and getting lost at an alarming rate lately. Don't they know how to look for moss on tree trunks to determine which way is north?

Thank goodness the eleven year-old lost in Utah turned up OK at the beginning of the week, but the thirteen year-old lost in Yellowstone National Park seems to have been swept away by the Yellowstone River. Hope he shows up downstream...
